Our cloud platform is a pay-as-you-go service (monthly or yearly). There are no long-term contracts. You can upgrade or downgrade as you wish or cancel at any time through your account manager.
Depending on the size of your organization, we can setup a team of 25 the next day after payment has been made. Of course the custom option will take longer and we can give you an estimate.
We do offer discounts for high volume usage with some of our products. Please contact us with your current volume per month for details on discounts.
Once you become a customer, we will assess your readiness to onboard and migrate to our platform.
We will walk you through what needs to be done on your end to create a much smoother transition. You are never alone and your personal account manager will show the in's and out's of our platform so you can succeed.
Your account manager will help you setup initially. This is required as our platform can be daunting at first. We believe in teaching our customers how to use the system instead of relying on documentation or ticket systems. Understanding how it works in the beginning will go a long way once you start using it. Believe us, being able to fix an issue or scale up yourself in a pinch is empowering. :)
After setup is complete, your account manager will monitor your usage to make sure the transition goes smoothly.
Once you are setup and running, we constantly monitor our platform to make sure it is running at peak performance.
If we spot an issue, we will notify you immediately with solutions and estimates so you are always up-to-date.

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Expert Power Int'l Ltd. cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting Expert Power Int'l Ltd. customer support team.
A valid payment method, including credit card, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide Expert Power Int'l Ltd. with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize Expert Power Int'l Ltd. to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.
Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, Expert Power Int'l Ltd. will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.
Expert Power Int'l Ltd., in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.
Expert Power Int'l Ltd. will provide you with a reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.
Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.
All services rendered by Expert Power Int'l Ltd. are non-refundable. Certain refund requests for Subscriptions may be considered by Expert Power Int'l Ltd. on a case-by-case basis and granted in sole discretion of Expert Power Int'l Ltd.. This includes, but is not limited to: setup fees, one time fees, monthly service fees, upgrade fees, additional service fees, technical support fees, administrative fees, and late fees. You agree not to chargeback any credit card/debit card/PayPal payments for rendered services. A chargeback of payment for rendered services will result in an additional charge of two hundred dollars [$200] and will be subject to collection by an authorized collection agency. You are responsible for any fees and costs (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys' fees, court costs, and collection agency fees) incurred by Expert Power Int'l Ltd. in enforcing collection.
When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.

As a Seychelles limited company based in Mahe, Seychelles, Expert Power Int'l Ltd. is not required to provide data to foreign governments in response to legal process issued by foreign authorities. Foreign law enforcement officials wishing to request information from Expert Power Int'l Ltd. are required to serve the request via a Seychelles court or enforcement agency under the procedures of an applicable mutual legal assistance treaty.
Expert Power Int'l Ltd. turns over protected user information only upon receipt of a valid subpoena, Seychelles court order, or search warrant. Additionally, we will notify affected users about any requests for their account information, unless prohibited from doing so by law or court order (see more below).
We notify users and provide them with a copy of any legal process regarding their account unless we are prohibited by law or court order from doing so. In those cases, we will notify users and provide them with a copy of the legal process when the non-disclosure order expires.
